Family of 10

My name is Nazia and I am 38 years old . I am married and having 7 kids . My husband is a daily wage worker . He earns very little money which is not enough for family of ten members. I am very sick but due to not having enough money I can not go to doctor and buy medicine. My kids don’t go to school instead my son aged 17 sells shopping bags in markets . Our condition is bery bad . Please help us .
