Family of 5

I am the head of this family. My husband is drug addicted. My children usually sleep without eating something. We live here in a tent in all four sessions. Winter was the hardest of all . I have no one to work . I go and wash my neighbors clothes and they give me their remaining food and sometimes some money . Please help me .
